Bringing transformation to people through the ministering of the gospel of Jesus Christ and teaching of the Holy Scriptures of the Christian Bible, thus enabling them to be transformed from a state of bondage to sin to a state of righteousness through faith in Jesus Christ.
And like a GEM or diamond in the rough to a beautifully polished finished state, shining in all their brilliance that God created them to be, living victoriously upon the earth, until the time comes for them to be truly transformed into the image of Christ and enter into the eternal presence of God in their glorified bodies.
God Equip Ministries was formed in 2023 in order to equip God’s people, specifically believers in Christ and is founded on the following scripture. *Ephesians 4:11-12 NL*: “Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ.”
In order to fulfil the mandate of Christ, given to His disciples in *Matthew 28:19-20 NLT*: “Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
-One on one Outreach evangelism.
-Evangelism training, equipping believers to share their faith and how to share their testimonies backed by scripture.
-Home fellowship group training, guidelines in implementing and operating evangelistic home groups.
-Discipleship training, guidelines on taking people from conversion, to teaching them the importance of Water and Holy Spirit baptism, to sharing their faith and being planted and serving in a local church.
-Teaching the undiluted, unadulterated word of God.
-We believe in a triune God, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit
-We believe that Jesus is God’s only begotten Son, the promised Messiah, that His blood was shed for the remission of the sins of the world, that He died and settled in full the debt of the sins of all human kind and that He was resurrected by God and purchased a place in heaven for us and freely made available the gift of eternal life in the presence of God to all who believe in Him.
-We believe in water baptism as publicly acknowledging Jesus as a symbol of dying to self and being resurrected into a new life in Christ
-We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues
-We believe in the resurrection of the dead at the return of Christ.
To reconcile people to God through Christ by taking the message, the good news, of the forgiveness of sins by grace through faith in Jesus Christ to all the nations of the world, by boldly proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ to all people and to equip believers to be able to do the same and by partnering up with other Evangelistic ministries and supporting gospel crusades and missionaries.
